Everybody Get Their Something
by Nikka Costa
My face to the sky
Dreaming about just how high
I could go and I'll know
When I finally get there
Taking of my glasses
Sun pokes through my lashes
And somehow I know
There's a time for every star to shine
Everybody got their something
Everybody got their something
Make you smile like an itty bitty child See all
You know what I really like this...

Crossword puzzle constructor Mary Horowitz (Bullock) is smart, pretty - and a natural disaster that shakes news cameraman Steve (Cooper) to the core. Set up on a blind date with Steve, Mary thinks the chemistry is undeniable and just knows she's found her soulmate. She decides to do anything and go anywhere to be with him. Mary's escalating infatuation is encouraged by the self-serving actions of news reporter Hartman Hughes (Church) who enjoys torturing his insolent cameraman at every opportunity.
I really don't know what everybody was expecting when they went to see this movie. I expected a good date movie and a fun watch. Instead I got a light hearted movie about a woman who is like the rest of us, normal in our own world but crazy to everybody else. See all
